Part 3 - Bulking Up
"Ooooh… He seems to like that I'm all strong and muscley and stuff." Milly thought to herself, "How cool! I never thought my muscles would be sexy to guys… I think I'll work hard for a few more weeks and surprise him with my uber buffness!" The part of her that was freaked out by being all muscular and gross was oddly subdued during this train of thought. Maybe now that it saw that there were benefits beyond just being strong, it was staying quiet to see how it would all play out. It also helped that now she had another goal to meet.
Meanwhile the part of her wanting to grow as big as possible was furiously planning how to grow as much muscle as possible over the next few weeks. She went to the weights coach after class, risking a totally worth it tardy to her next class, to ask if she would be able to lift in the gym after school too. He looked at her progress chart and saw that she was making huge gains with her lifts, so he wrote up a note giving her permission. She'd have to share it with the volleyball and football teams a few days a week, which was fine by her.
She also did research on diet and coaxed her mom to buy very different groceries from what they would usually buy. Lots of proteins, eggs and lean meats and lots of fruits and veggies, also high in protein. She was super excited and decided to begin documenting her progress by taking selfies in her bathroom mirror. She still dressed as covered up as possible to hide her phenomenal growth from everyone.
The first week after deciding to surprise Christian she had changed her diet and started doing two workouts a week. She decided to use the in-class workout as more of a shake-out / warm-up type of workout that would get the rust off her muscles from the hard workouts she did after school. She had a reasonable amount of privacy after school which let her push her body as hard as she could! She added five pounds of muscle and her arms were now up to a respectable 14" in circumference. She'd added two full inches to her arms in the last week alone, as well as a comparable amount of muscle all over her. She felt like a slowly inflating balloon of muscle and power.
By the end of the second week of bulking up for her future boyfriend (she'd decided that he would be hers no matter what!) she was up to 155 pounds body weight having added 40 pounds of muscle since starting the class. How was that even possible?? She decided not to worry about it and enjoy the ride. Her muscle mind had pretty much completely won the battle inside her mind. Her arms had added an additional two inches and when she flexed in her bathroom mirror, the muscle package that she was building was superb, she thought.
Milly did notice that the clothes she was using to cover up her physique were starting to get tight on her and revealing the bulk of her. While she was shopping for larger sizes a sly little smile crept across her face at the thought that she had to up size because of her spectacular muscles. That week she also began sitting down at the same table as Christian at lunch so as to get to know him better. She discovered a sweet skinny (especially compared to her) boy who was smart, had a goofy sense of humor and somehow made her feel warm inside. She actually enjoyed hanging out with him at lunch and in class, where she was careful to lift only about half of what she was really capable of. The better to blow his mind…!
Milly decided to wait another week before totally flooring her future man. Unfortunately by now rumors were starting to fly about her strength. It was unavoidable because the football team and volleyball team were in the weight room sometimes with Milly. Considering that was when she was pushing her hardest, the fact that she was outlifting all of the girls on the volleyball team, who are known for being the strong amazonian women in the school, and even outlifting some of the guys on the football team…
Over lunch that Friday, the third week into her bulking up (she was now 170 with almost 19" arms…)(once her body got into building muscle it seemed to add mass very quickly) Christian asked her about these rumors going around about how strong she was becoming. There was a twinkle in his eyes that he couldn't suppress that Milly definitely picked up on. "Exactly how strong and muscular are you Milly, because I know that you're stronger than me and I really like that…" was what she read in his eyes.
She mulled it over a bit before answering… Should she downplay the rumors and spend yet another week bulking up, or invite him over tomorrow and show him who she really was?
Her next choice: Should she downplay the rumors and spend another week bulking up (Option 1) OR invite him over and surprise him (Option 2)

I'm for 1, also- maybe Milly has a moment of self-doubt, then after Christian departs, she gets angry with herself for (as she sees it) wimping out and even hits the gym a little harder than ever...
